1. Acceptance

By using gura, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

gura is a personal tracker for meals, weight, and fasting. It is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only.

3. Not medical advice

gura does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition figures (including those from third-party food databases) are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, fasting, or exercise.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your own device and backups secure.
• You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Availability

We aim to keep gura available and working, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Subscriptions (gura Pro)

gura is free to use. gura Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks your full history and long-term trends beyond the last 7 days. It is offered in two lengths:

• Yearly — a 12-month subscription that renews automatically every year.
• Monthly — a 1-month subscription that renews automatically every month.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, gura and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or any health outcome.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
